ICAE2024 ‘ESG Together’

UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are the international community's largest shared objectives, aiming to address issues such as human rights, climate change, and socioeconomic challenges by 2030. Comprising 17 main goals and 169 detailed targets, they outline a framework for action. In line with this, organizations advocating these goals hold the 'ICAE International Conference and Awards Ceremony for the Earth Environment’' annually, using the 169 SDGs as a basis to urge global leaders and communities to take action for both global leadership recovery and environmental restoration.

Scheduled for October 2024, the 'ICAE 2024 International Conference and Awards Ceremony for the Earth Environment' will focus on advancing the SDGs action plans, aligned with the UN's 2030 'Together' vision. It will emphasize the necessity for collective action towards achieving sustainability in areas such as leadership recovery, ethical governance, and social value implementation. Additionally, the event will feature discussions and presentations on 'ESG Management Practices' for addressing global climate and environmental issues.

By promoting Environmental(E), Social(S), and Governance(G) improvements through ESG management practices, the event aims to foster global leaders across various sectors who will drive positive change for a sustainable future together. It will include presentations on 'Global Leadership Recovery and ESG Management Practices' and 'UN SDGs Implementation and Environmental Restoration,’ and the 'International Leader Awards' ceremony, honoring outstanding individuals contributing to these goals (Korea Proud Korean Grand Award, Proud Global Leader Award, ESG Fair Action Award and so on).

SNS Journalists Federation, a corporation, annually organizes an award ceremony to recognize and honor individuals and companies who have made significant contributions to social welfare and development, both domestically and internationally, and have had a significant impact on the public good through rigorous evaluation.

SNS Journalists Federation has hosted awards ceremonies, including the ‘2017 Proud Korean Award’, the ‘2018 Asia Star Marketing Convention,' and following the COVID-19 pandemic, the ‘International Leader Award' in June and December 2022 as well as in October 2023. Continuing this tradition, the 'International Leader Award' will be held in October 2024.

Award recipients are presented with certificates and official emblems for both online and offline use, and the event is covered by more than 100 media outlets, including the official media of the SNS Journalists Federation and the official broadcast of SNSJTV.
